Our Process & Counter-Notification

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice:

  • We will review your request promptly.

  • We will notify the party responsible for posting the content (if applicable).

If content you posted on our site was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written Counter-Notification containing your full details and explaining why the removal was an error.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, Wild Roots Garden maintains a strict policy to terminate user access or comment privileges for individuals who are deemed to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
